Here’s what you can expect during your visit:

Before Your Visit

We strive to keep our appointments running smoothly and on schedule. To keep your wait to a minimum, please complete the following forms prior to your arrival:

Your Appointment

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment and bring the following with you: 

• Your current insurance card
• A list of your current medications
• A list of any symptoms or skin changes you have been experiencing
  

After meeting with Dr. Case or Gretchen McCabe, APRN, we may recommend treatment that day or we can schedule another appointment, whichever you’re more comfortable with.

After Care

Thank you for choosing Dermatology & Skin Surgery Clinic where it’s our goal to help you achieve and maintain healthy skin. Please remember to book your next appointment for your ongoing treatment, 6-month follow-up appointment or annual skin care exam while you are here for your in-office visit.

Caring For Your Wound

We do not accept HMO on these insurance policies. Nor Medicaid as Primary.
