Dr. Case

Jeffrey Case, M.D.
A board-certified dermatologist, Dr. Jeffrey Case has been practicing dermatology in the Paducah area since 1988. Specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer, he is an expert in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and was the first to offer this highly effective and innovative skin cancer procedure in the Paducah area. Dr. Case has been performing Mohs surgery since 2002 and has brought this innovative procedure to residents of Paducah and surrounding areas in Kentucky, Illinois, Missouri and Tennessee.

Dr. Case holds a medical degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine and continued his post-graduate training with internal medicine residencies at the University of Florida and the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Dermatology. Dr. Case is also an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Mohs Surgery.

An appreciator of exotic butterflies, Dr. Case has been fascinated with the insect’s ability to weather life’s changes since he was a young child. This affinity is reflected in his desire to treat the evolving skin care needs of patients in all stages and ages of life, from babies and adolescents to adults and seniors.

“We have been taking care of families for years. From the mother scheduling her annual skin check to her fourteen-year-old son struggling with acne and her father who may be suffering from advanced skin cancer, we treat specialized skin care needs for the entire family.”

“We’re proud of the legacy we have created with our patients, and we enjoy getting to know them better as their families grow. My dad, sister and I all work here together and though we go some days where we’re so busy we don’t see each other, I’m proud to know we’re all working toward the same goal: being the skin experts for every stage of life so our patients can have healthy skin at every stage of life.”
